2. Refunds Minus Shipping Costs

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defects: The product has a defect due to manufacturing errors.
  • Incorrect Specifications: The product does not match the specifications provided in your order confirmation.

To request a refund, you must:

3. Damages and Issues

  • Samples and Clearance Items: These items are sold "as-is" and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

6. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. Each item is made specifically to your order specifications.

  • No International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside the United States.

7.2. European Union Regulations

  • EU Cooling-Off Period: The 14-day cooling-off period stipulated by EU regulations does not apply.
